Information and purposes
The form requests name, work email, company, area of interest and a short brief.
We use this information to respond, assess fit for a potential engagement and maintain the related correspondence.
Do not submit financial documents, identification or sensitive personal information.
Processors and technical protection
Google Cloud Run processes each request, Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise helps prevent abuse, Cloud Firestore coordinates reliable delivery, Google Sheets stores the operational record, and Resend sends a limited internal notification to the designated team.
The site will not use advertising cookies or analytics in version one.
Retention and rights
Requests in the operational sheet and related correspondence will be retained for 12 months unless an active relationship requires continued retention.
After successful delivery, Firestore removes the submitted name, email, company and brief, retaining only delivery metadata for up to 12 months. Until automated retention is available, the sheet and mailboxes will be reviewed and deleted quarterly under a documented process.
The corporate contact and instructions for exercising applicable access, correction, cancellation or opposition rights will be added once formally confirmed.
